The Post Office will not accept anything for posting to a PO Box number, or PO Bag address, so please supply us with a 'normal', physical, address when ordering.
Please check the dimensions of the item you are interested in before buying, as pictures will not be able to convey this!
Do we ship outside the UK? You bet we do, with many of our sales going abroad. If the Post Office, or Courier companies operates a service to your country, then no problem! Postal services are generally very quick, and reliable worldwide, with one or two notable exceptions, like Russia & South Africa.
If you require your purchase to be sent by a quicker method, for any particular reason, then please enquire with us, and we'll see what we can arrange for you.
If placing an order for multiple items, then for UK customers, as we now use Hermes, this is not a problem, but for those outside the UK, the Post Office will not accept parcels above 2kgs, and our system will not be able to give you a postal price, or allow you to buy if above this weight. If this happens, you can buy items singly, or please send us an e-mail, and we'll come back to you once we have found the best alternative way of sending to you. Don't forget, that if you live outside the European Union (EU) then no VAT is payable.
Don't forget that if you are looking for a Baby Changing Bag, and can't find a pattern or design that you like, then a Carry All is generally suitable for the same purpose, other than it doesn't have a changing mat.
